Christi Ireland asserts the moral right to be identified as the author and creator of this work. Wherever our books, music, illustrations and materials are read or heard, she is to be named as their author, and the work is not to be altered or presented in a way that misrepresents it. This right is separate from copyright, it stays with her whatever else is licensed, and it is asserted in every territory that recognizes it.

Artificial intelligence, and how our work is made

We tell you this because you should not have to guess.

Some artwork, design elements, music, audio, layouts and other creative elements in our books and on this Website may have been created, developed or enhanced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, including AI art and AI music generation tools. Where a song carries a vocal, that vocal may be generated rather than sung.

Every final selection, edit, arrangement, prompt, creative direction and publishing decision was made, reviewed and guided by Christi Ireland. The words are hers. The choices are hers. The work is hers.

This does not change who owns any of it, and it does not change what you may do with it. Everything set out on this page applies in full.

The same disclosure appears in our books, and it says the same thing.

Our work is not available for training artificial intelligence. See What you may not do below.

What you may do

Read our books and listen to our music for your own enjoyment.
Color in a coloring book you have bought, and use a journal you have bought.
Use coaching materials given to you, for your own personal use, during and after your program.
Quote a short passage in a review, an article or a post, with attribution.
Link to any page on this Website.
Share a photograph of a page you have colored, on your own social media, with credit to the book.

We are glad when people share this work. Credit is all we ask.

What you may not do

Reproduce, republish, sell or distribute any of our material.
Photocopy or scan coloring pages, worksheets or journal pages for classroom, group, clinical or commercial use.
Adapt our material, or create anything derived from it.
Use any of our material to train an artificial intelligence model or to build a dataset.
Use our music in a video, podcast, advertisement or other production.
Teach from our coaching materials, or use them with anyone else.
Use our name, our imprint name or our brand marks to suggest we endorse or are connected with something we are not.
Present any of our material as your own.

Please ask. The answer is often yes.

Email [email protected] with what you would like to use, where it would appear, and who the audience is. We are open to educators, book clubs, reviewers, podcasters and people running groups — and it costs nothing to ask.

Reporting infringement

If you believe something on this Website infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with a notice titled "Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights — DMCA" containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone authorized to act for you.

2. Identification of the work you say has been infringed.

3. The address of the page where the infringing material appears.
